I will come to your home to evaluate the scope of the project and there are many variations to consider. The size of the home, the number of occupants, if any pets and number of items to dust. Then we discuss what timeline will or will not work for you. Then I go back to the office and find you a spot that will stay consistent. I never arrive at your home with dates, I do not want to pressure anyone into booking.

A Capped priority checklist clean is where you define your budget first. You then provide us with a 'checklist' of items that our cleaners will work through and they will work down your priority list until your budgeted time is up. Depending on the length of your list and how much time you have booked, we cannot guarantee completion, but we will get as much completed as we can! Keeping this in mind, be sure to put all of your most important tasks at the top of the checklist.
Checklist Cleans are great for when you want to work within a defined budget. They are also great if you despise certain cleaning duties...you can put those at the top of your checklist! 
We are extremely flexible with our Checklist Cleans. You can change your list for each appointment by simply leaving a list for the cleaners. You can also leave your list static, and we will keep doing the same tasks unless noted otherwise by you.

After our free in home consultation, we have a 
pre-determined flat rate time frame for cleaning in your home that is divided by the number of staff that arrive. 

Our clients are still getting the same value regardless of the number of cleaners that arrive.
As An Example: 
IF your house was a 3 hour clean
2 cleaners would be there 1.5 hours (2 x 1.5 = 3hrs
3 cleaners would be there 1 hour (3 x 1 = 3 hrs

Above All Cleaning has established a teamwork system that the duties are divided equally among the staff, so there is no idle staff member or backtracking. Plus each staff member times in and out therefore you pay only for time spent from arrival to exit of your home.
This also equates into less real time in your home, meaning if you leave your home specifically for the cleaners it would not be for the full three hours that was outlined in the example.

Teams complete quicker.

Safety is always the number one concern for our staff. 
Therefore in our residential division our staff never work alone. At Above All Cleaning we have perfected the meaning of teamwork. We work in teams of two and three in a home, having more than three cleaners is not productive to the client. 

The first time clean takes our cleaners longer. This is due to cleaning every surface as outlined in our checklist.We realize that clean people hire cleaners, but there is still a substantial amount of time invested to clean all of these areas in a professional manner.
